Yin Yoga at the Wall

A 30 minute yin yoga practice at the wall. A little stretch for the shoulders helping to open up the heart. Then on to recline at the wall to release the hips. We can hold emotions in the hips from past experiences. Sometimes when stretching the hips we can feel and experience some of our past emotions. Allow ourselves to keep the lesson the emotions/experience have brought and release the rest. * No direct pressure on the knees * End of the practice has easy seated position instead of savasana
