A Lil’ Hips & Lil’ Heat

A yoga practice to stretch into the hips and create heat in the body to help strengthen. Starting on the mat to standing and back onto the mat. This session does include many poses that are on the hands (hands and knees, plank etc). Always making sure to rest, release (stretch out) or skip poses if needed.
