Yoga for the Hips

A little shy of a 20 minute yin practice to open the hips. Whether its first thing in the morning or at the end if the day to help release any tense we have collected through our day. Always remember to listen to your body and skipping a pose if something doesn’t feel its right for you. Some props you’ll need are a blanket, a strap/scarf and a few pillows.
